The CF22-1225 is a high-precision flatbed cutting system built on Mimaki’s proven CF2 platform, offering a full 4' × 8' (1220 × 2440 mm) cutting area. Designed for seamless integration with Mimaki’s JFX200-2513 UV flatbed printer, it enables efficient print-and-cut workflows for signage, POP displays, packaging prototypes, and industrial components.

This model supports a wide range of cutting heads and tool holders, including swivel, tangential, reciprocating knives, creasing wheels, and pens, allowing users to process materials up to 20 mm thick such as corrugated board, foam, plastics, rubber, and laminated substrates.

The CF22-1225 features Mimaki’s ID Cut function, which automates job recognition and media rotation using printed barcodes and crop marks—reducing setup time and minimizing waste. A high-performance color photo sensor ensures precise alignment by detecting register marks and adjusting origin, inclination, and coordinates in real time.

Additional workflow enhancements include half-cutting, back cutting, circle correction, and pressure calibration, all accessible via a redesigned control panel with shortcut keys and LCD interface. The system supports USB 2.0, RS-232C, and Ethernet connectivity for flexible integration.
