Standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service from our office in Irving, Texas. Select items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's nearest facility to expedite delivery.

Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate boxes to ensure prompt delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Local pickup is available for in-stock items at our Irving warehouse. Pickup must be arranged by phone order.

Shipping for Mimaki OEM parts and service replacement parts is calculated after order review and confirmed via a separate invoice. Standard shipping rates shown at checkout do not apply to parts orders.

Lead times are estimates only and are subject to change based on manufacturer availability. Amcad & Graphics will notify you of any significant delays.

The majority of Mimaki OEM parts are drop-shipped directly from Mimaki USA or sourced from Japan. Some components are on extended backorder or are manufactured to order. Exact freight costs cannot be determined at checkout because the shipping origin, carrier, and method are confirmed only after order review. This process is standard practice among industrial parts suppliers and ensures you receive the most accurate shipping cost and timeline before committing to fulfillment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched, including for parts orders that have been confirmed and invoiced.
