Refund policy

Refund Policy Effective Date: June 23, 2025

All printer, cutter, electronic, service, and OEM replacement parts sales are final. This includes but is not limited to: printheads, main boards, slider boards, power supply units, encoders, motors, sensors, cables, electronic assemblies, firmware-related components, special-order items, and all Mimaki OEM parts.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility, diagnosis, and correct part selection prior to ordering. Amcad & Graphics does not provide complimentary diagnosis for parts purchased online.

Parts that have been installed, modified, damaged, programmed, tested in equipment, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

Defective parts reported within 30 days of receipt may be reviewed for replacement or manufacturer warranty consideration at Amcad & Graphics' sole discretion.

The 30-day general return policy stated below applies exclusively to supplies, consumables, and non-electronic accessories. It does not apply to any service or replacement parts.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For non-defective returns, you may return the item for a refund, minus original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. All non-defective returns must be unopened and factory sealed.

If your item is defective, contact us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange of the identical item. No refunds are issued for defective items, only exchanges.

After 30 days, defective product concerns should be directed to the manufacturer.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the United States.

Please include your receipt or order confirmation with all returns.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a return, email info@amcadgraphics.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Once your return passes quality control, refunds will be issued within 72 business hours. Refunds for credit card purchases will be processed within seven business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The MimakiPartsAdvisor and any AI-assisted parts identification tools provided on this site are for reference purposes only. Part numbers, compatibility information, and assembly references returned by the tool are sourced from Mimaki's official maintenance documentation but are not guaranteed to be current, complete, or applicable to your specific equipment configuration. Amcad & Graphics assumes no liability for parts ordered based solely on AI tool output. Customers are responsible for independently verifying part numbers and suitability before placing an order. All Mimaki OEM service and replacement parts must be installed by an Authorized Distribution Partner or a certified Mimaki service technician. Installation performed by unauthorized individuals or third-party service providers may void manufacturer warranty coverage and will affect eligibility for returns, support, or warranty consideration under Amcad & Graphics policies.
