We have a general 10-day return policy on consumables and media, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Policies
All returns must be received within 10 days of receipt of item or the return will be voided. Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us.
Any product that exhibits physical damage will not be accepted.
Once your return passes quality control your refund will be issued within 72 business hours.
No returns for orders shipped outside the US.
Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return equipment, parts, supplies and consumables for reasons other than a defect, you may return the item for a refund, less original shipping charges. All returned items must still be factory sealed. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping will be at buyers expense.
Defective Returns
If you wish to return an item that is defective, you may do so for exchange with an identical item only, absolutely no refunds. Return shipping will be provided. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
