The Eclipse X Series 1007 and 3547 are advanced sheet-fed flatbed digital die cutters engineered for high-speed, die-free cutting across a wide range of substrates. Designed for the printing, packaging, signage, and DTF markets, these systems deliver automated feeding, multi-tool versatility, and CCD camera registration for precise contour cutting and prototyping.
Both models feature five integrated tool positions per sheet, supporting drag knives, kiss-cut tools, creasing wheels, electric oscillating tools, and universal cutting tools. Optional tools include perforation wheels and V-cut blades for specialty applications. The interchangeable tool sleeve is compatible with Apex Series tooling, allowing processing of materials up to 16 mm thick.
The Eclipse X Series integrates with the Eclipse Software Suite, supporting vector formats (PDF, DXF, PLT, HP/GL) and design platforms like Adobe Illustrator, Kasemake, ArtiosCAD, and Box Magician. The high-definition CCD camera enables accurate contour cutting and optional QR code job switching, while the automatic sheet loading system and vacuum hold-down table ensure consistent throughput and registration accuracy.
