Name Your Machine
Always start with the exact Mimaki model. Example: JV330-160, UJV55-320, or UJF-3042 MkII. Without a model, the assistant cannot search the correct documentation.

Describe the Part or Area
Name the part, assembly section, or symptom. Examples: tube pump, cap base, wiper blade, roll table, encoder strip. Use the Mimaki part name if you know it.

Get the Part Code
The assistant returns the official Mimaki OEM part number, assembly section, and source document. Use that code to search the catalog below or contact us to order.
The #1 Rule: Always include the machine model in your question. The same part name (e.g. "roll table" or "tube pump") exists across 30+ Mimaki models. Without the model, the assistant cannot return an accurate result.
