We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’llsend you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Defective Returns:
For non-defective returns, you may return the item for a refund, minus original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. All non-defective returns must be unopened and factory sealed.
Defective Products:
If your item is defective, contact us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange of the identical item. No refunds are issued for defective items, only exchanges.
After 30 days, defective product concerns should be directed to the manufacturer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
International Orders:
Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the United States.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation with all returns.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, email info@amcadgraphics.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.
Refund Processing: Once your return passes quality control, refunds will be issued within 72 business hours. Refunds for credit card purchases will be processed within seven business days after approval.
