The Neolt Factory Sword EL 310 is a professional-grade electric A-frame vertical cutter engineered for precise trimming of rigid and semi-rigid media up to 30 mm thick. With a cutting height of 310 cm (122 inches), it is ideal for wide-format production environments handling foam board, corrugated plastic, polyurethane foam, plastic honeycomb, leather, and forex.

Equipped with two always-installed rotary blades—one fixed and one moving—the system delivers smooth, accurate cuts across a wide range of substrates. A millimetric base ensures precise material alignment, while the oversized support frame provides stability for XXL panels. The electric motor includes a potentiometer-controlled speed regulator, allowing operators to adjust cutting speed based on material type and thickness.

Optional third tools include a V-cut blade for angular cardboard cuts, a diamond wheel for glass engraving, and a Dibond blade for aluminum composite panels. The Sword EL 310 also supports an optional laser guide for enhanced cut path visibility.
